Guy Feeding A Bear…Through The Window

Apparently they build men either a little tougher of a little stupider in Russia.  Not only does he feed what looks like a huge bear at the window but when the animal gets pushy he waps at it.  Yeesh!

Only thing stranger than that is the description written below the video saying:
Luckily for this bear, it is Russian tradition (it might even be a law, in fact) to keep a bowl of raw meat near every window in one's house, just in case a situation like this might arise. Thank you for doing your civic duty, nice Russian man. You are a hero to hungry bears throughout your great country. Alrighty then, that explains everything.

I looked it up on Wikipedia and it really is a tradition in Russia. Tough bunch.
