Tonight’s mystery artist started in a band but then decided to fly solo for less drama and more control. Can you guess who he might be??

I think we can all relate to a desire for less drama in our lives. This story comes from Classicbands.com. The original band’s name was Piper and the front man was Billy Squire. Even though Piper had an excellent promoter and contract Billy say what went on behind the scenes was what kept them from finding success. He added that for him it was actually much easier alone because there was so much less conflict, he had more of a handle on his music, his finances and what he personally had to do. The responsibility was also huge but he still counts it s one of his best decisions.
