Tonight’s mystery artist wasn’t always keen on doing interviews so occasionally he would send a roadie in his place.  Think you know who he might have been??

I found this odd fact on the clashmusic about the late Lou Reed.  According to the site many of those who wound up interviewing a roadie didn’t know the difference.  In the article  it also tells how the BBC didn’t ban 'Walk on the Wild Side' because they didn’t understand the reference to oral sex and how his parents sent him to electric shock therapy in hope of curing his homosexuality as is reflected in the lyrics to 'Kill Your Sons' and other things very unique to Lou.
