Tonight’s mystery artist put one of their new albums into the vault for an entire year so it wouldn’t have to compete with another album. Can you guess either of the albums?

In this particular case they weren’t worried about competing with another band, it was their own album that was still performing well and they didn’t want to steal the wind from its sails. The band was Bad Company and the album that was still performing well was ‘Running With The Pack’ This was why even though ‘Burnin’ Sky’ was completed in August of 1976 it sat in the vault until March of 1977.
