Tonight’s mystery artist like several of our favorite rockers first love was baseball and he was even given a baseball scholarship in college. Not George or Ronnie bet you can’t guess who it is.

This ballplayer turned rocker grew up around Kansas City and started playing guitar at 13 years old after hearing Van Halen. His name is Glen Bridger and he is lead guitar and vocals for the band Head East.  He went so far as to be offered the baseball scholarship but decided in his senior year in college he’d rather play music than baseball.

Here he is with Head East and tonight’s featured song.
