Tonight's mystery artist once ran the New York City Marathon but was so distracted signing autographs that it took him 6 hours, 4 minutes and 43 seconds. Can you guess who our waylaid runner was??

I found this interesting effort on Need Some Fun about Van Halen’s David Lee Roth who ran the marathon back in 2010 . Good news for Diamond Dave he doesn’t have the worst celebrity marathon finishing time, that honor goes to Al Roaker who finished in the same marathon in 7 hours and 9 minutes. However, he does have to live down that in 2010 Eddie’s ex, Valerie Bertinelli ran the Boston Marathon in 5 hours, 14 minutes and 37 seconds.  Yeah, that’s gotta sting just a little.

In case you are wondering Time Magazine say the average time to finish the NY Marathon is around  4 to 41/2 hours.
