Tonight's mystery artists derived their band's name from a poem about a group of aliens who had assembled to guide earth’s history covertly.  Can you guess the name of this band??

We’ll give you a hint, the poem was written by Sandy Pearlman. Yup that Sandy Pearlman who had also come up with the band's earlier name, "Soft White Underbelly", according to Wikipedia,  from a phrase used by Winston Churchill in describing Italy during World War II. In Pearlman's poetry, the "Blue Oyster Cult" was a group of aliens who had assembled to secretly guide Earth's history.
