Tonight's mystery artist said recently that his band wasn't the leaders of their generation but its spokes people. Think you know who isn’t looking to take credit for their generations actions??

This was a recent statement via Instagram by Paul McCartney who said:

“There was definitely a movement of people. All I am saying is: we weren’t really trying to cater for that movement - we were just being part of it, as we always had been. I maintain The Beatles weren’t the leaders of the generation, but the spokesmen.” - Paul.

I can appreciate his thoughts but I have to say I think they influenced many young peoples actions during their height of popularity, intentionally or not.
