Tonight’s mystery artist has branched out and written a book of fiction that will be published in November of this year. Know which classic rocker this is??

The article came out in The Guardian last March about Pete Townsend’s new book ‘The Age of Anxiety’ they said:

“The novel captures the craziness of the music business and displays Townshend’s sly sense of humor and sharp ear for dialogue. First conceived as an opera, The Age of Anxiety deals with mythic and operatic themes including a maze, divine madness and long-lost children, hallucinations and soundscapes haunt this novel, which on one level is an extended meditation on manic genius and the dark art of creativity.”

Turns out that Pete is an avid reader and he has decided to create a trio of fiction, opera and art installation as his opus so this is just the beginning.
