Tonight’s mystery artist are noted in the Encyclopedia Britannica as a bit of an oxymoron being called an American rock group know for a heavy metal pop sound as well a a band with long periods between albums,  Ring any bell for you??

Turns out that is the way they describe the band Boston.  The heavy metal aspect they say is due to the aggressive, distorted electric guitar and the pop part is due to their wide appeal, so who can argue with that.  And the long stint between albums? After the album ‘Don’t Look Back’ it would be eight years before ‘Third Stage’ and then another less well known album in 1994.  Guess we can’t argue with that description either.

Her they are with the title track from their second album.
