Shark Attack Off Cape Cod [VIDEO]

This is just crazy.  A shark attack off Cape Cod, Massachusetts yesterday.

Thank God it was a seal and not a human being. Still, people look pretty freaked out and who wouldn't be the attack happened only feet off the shore. *WARNING* there is a lot of blood in this video*

No one is really saying why after 100 years of not really seeing any sharks off the coast of Mass. we are getting a more regular occurrences.  According to the Shark Attack data site there have been four non-fatal human attacks since 1996. Two of these attacks have been in the last five years. Not to say how many grey seals have met their end.
