WEEKEND TOP 10: Here’s What’s Going On In + Around Bangor May 26-28

We debated on whether to include this because it's sold out. But, it's the first Waterfront Concerts show in Bangor this season, so we thought we'd give you a heads-up. It's going to be a good one!

The Central Maine Derby's spring season opener starts at 3 p.m. with the Northwood Knockouts take on Aroostook Roller Derby's Biohazards!

Items including rugs, furniture, and more will be for sale at Alfond Arena in Orono on Satruday. Items were donated by the university or students who moved out of the dorms at the end of the semester.

The Krafty Flea is a weekly flea market at the Bangor Grange with crafts and gently used items, including many antiques.

David Crosby will perform at the Criterion Theatre in Bar Harbor as part of his upcoming David Crosby & Friends Tour. Crosby is a two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Famer and co-founder of the Byrds and Crosby, Stills & Nash.

Eart, Moon + Sun is a full-dome demonstration of moon phases and seasons, and a live tour of the Maine sky and its constellations. This program is geared for students 6 to 12 years of age.

Kristin Andreassen is a singer, songwriter and percussive dancer. She has been a featured performer on NPR’s A Prairie Home Companion, and NPR’s Mountain Stage chose her 2015 performance as one of year’s 10 best.

Next Generation Dance Studio students perform dances to songs from around the world. Tickets are $5 before show day or $7 at the door.

Stesha Cano is a favorite in the Downtown Bangor music scene. She and her band will take the stage at Sea Dog at 9:30 p.m. No cover.
