Bangor Polar Dip this Saturday

Help out our friends at Camp Capella and Camp Sunshine!

This Saturday folks will take a very cold, and very quick dip into Phillips Lake in Dedham. It's all to benefit the summer activities at Camp Capella and Camp Sunshine.

Registration starts at 11AM with the dip starting at 12PM. After you take that frigid plunge you can warm up in the hot tub back at Camp Capella!

You can sign up in advance or make a pledge at campcapella.org or freezinforareason.com.

Parking is very limited at the camp. Organizers ask that you park at the Dedham School or Lucerne Inn. Shuttle buses will take you down to the lake.
