Hold your breath and then jump in!  It's time for the Bangor Polar Dip!  Here's how to help!

One of the biggest fundraisers of the year for both Camp CaPella and Camp Sunshine, will take place on Saturday, February 24th, as a few very brave souls jump into the icy waters of Phillips Lake!

To make things real easy for you, the folks in charge of the Bangor Polar Dip will already have the hole cut in the ice!  They'll also provide a hot tub for you to jump following your dive, and then plenty of hot food and drink to get your system back on track and happy!

Want to jump in and support a couple of great summer camps for kids with both physical and metal disabilities, and life threatening illnesses?  Download a pledge for HERE!   Call 659-0437 for more information.

Camp CaPella is located on Phillips Lake in Dedham, right off of Route 1A, although there will not be parking available on the access road for this event.  Plan to park at either the Lucerne Inn or at the Dedham School, a free shuttle will take you to the Camp!  Registration begins at 11 a.m.

The Bangor Polar Dip is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Hampden.
