First thing I admire in this video is the he kills the lobster humanely before he puts it into the boiling water.  In all my years in Maine I have never seen anyone kill a lobster.   Then once it is cooked far an amazingly short amount of time he will then show you why you've been doing it wrong and how to get the meat your leaving behind.  Go Gordon! I love this guy.
