According to a post on their Facebook Page, the man is wanted in connection with domestic violence incident that look place Friday.

"The Holden Police Department currently has an active warrant of arrest for Thorr Ellis for Violation of Conditions of Release and Tampering with a Victim from a Domestic Violence Incident earlier today. Thorr Ellis is currently on probation for Manslaughter and Tampering with a Victim. Please do not approach and call 911, as Mr. Ellis should be considered dangerous and potentially armed."

This is not Ellis's first round with the authorities. The Portland Press Herald says Ellis pled no contest to manslaughter and aggravated assault in 2015 in connection to a crash "which killed Alex Cruz, 26, of Connecticut, and broke the neck of Bradley Plevyak of Gardiner."

Ellis had originally faced a sentence of 41 years, but instead, he "served the first four years of a 15-year prison sentence. The sentence will be followed by four years of probation." He was 21 at the time of that sentencing.

Ten years later, according to recentbooking.com, he was booked back into the Penobscot County Jail at the end of January, facing charges of Domestic Violence,  Assault, Witness Tampering, Criminal Threatening, and Probation Violation.
