I-95 Drive Home Mystery Artist [VIDEO]

Tonight’s mystery artists were named after a sculpture in Seattle that makes a sound when the wind blows over it. Can you guess who they might be??

This interesting beginning was found on a “5 Fun Facts About Soundgarden”. The site claims that in Sand Point Park in Seattle WA. there stands a pipe sculpture  that produces sounds when the wind blows through it and or over it.  It occupies a space in a garden there and it is titled “A Sound Garden’.  No Lie.
