Tonight’s mystery artists from England loved America’s favorite past time so much they named themselves after it not once but twice.  Think you know who they are or their biggest hit??

This home-run fact was hit on AllMusic about the band ‘Outfield’ who got their start in London’s East End. The band’s participants love baseball so much their first band’s name was ‘The Baseball Boys’ and their first album in 1985 was called ‘Play Deep’.  The album went triple platinum, reaching number nine on the album charts.  It was that effort that would yield their biggest hit ’Your Love’ written by the late John Spinks which made the top ten.
