Three people are facing charges after police seized drugs and a gun from a house on Center Street in Brewer.

Brewer, Maine Police Seize Illegal Drugs, Arrest 3 People

The suspects were arrested by Brewer, Maine Police on the following charges:

Ricardo Costa, 19, of Fall River, Massachusetts

  • Aggravated trafficking of Scheduled drugs
  • Possession of a firearm by a prohibited person

Chelsea Frazier, 33, of Brewer

  • Unlawful possession of Schedule W drugs

Dennis Fongeallaz, 41, of Brewer

  • Unlawful possession of Schedule W drugs
  • Violation of conditional release
  • Outstanding arrest warrant

The three were arrested as the result of an investigation into the sale of drugs in the greater Bangor area.

Officials say the charges are the result of a search warrant at a residence on Center Street in Brewer that was executed on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

Over the past several months, the Brewer Police Department has executed multiple search warrants at residences on Howard Lane, Union Street, and Center Street.

The investigations have resulted in the seizure of illegal drugs and firearms.

This investigation is ongoing.
