New Restaurant To Open On Main Street In Bangor Friday

Adding some new life to the very first spot along Main Street there's a new business set to open in Bangor this Friday night.

According to their brand new social media page, The Key Room is ready to offer Bangor an opportunity for some good food and tasty drinks.

"The Key Room offers an exceptional dining experience with fantastic craft cocktails and American fusion cuisine. Enjoy innovative flavors, warm hospitality, and a perfect setting for both cozy nights and lively evenings."

Other recent openings that have taken place in the City over the last year or so include a new Italian restaurant, Lavano's, and the new bar next to the Penobscot Theatre, Stage Door.

The news of a new business opening comes on the heels of word that two other downtown locations will be closing this year.

Queen City Cinema Club and Bangor Arts Exchange both announced that they were going to be shutting their doors.

The location is directly adjascent to Bangor staple, Umami Noodle Bar, and as one Bangor Maine social media page, Bangor Maine-Historic Queen City On The Move, says, it's nice to see another area of downtown all lit up.
