It's #FitnessFriday, so we're celebrating with our Babe of the Day, trainer Massiel Arias.

Miss Arias also goes by Massy and by her company's name, Mankofit. She's a celebrity trainer, a fitness model and an athlete. In other words, she's more fit than you'll ever hope to be, in both senses of the word (in the UK, "fit" means "hot"). She's helped others get healthier while looking damn good herself, which is something we can definitely admire.
