"With big brown eyes, the cutest face, and what looks like a Batman signal on his chest, Mosi is adorable but needs a home that can commit to helping him build his confidence."

SPCA Shelter Manager, Cole, says at first glance, some might dismiss Mosi, but he's really a great dog that deserves a second look.

"It’s been over a year since Mosi came to the SPCA of Hancock County, and he’s still looking for his pawfect home. Now 2 years old, this handsome black lab and pittie mix is just shy of 80lbs of pure energy."

Cole says Mosi is still young and acclimating to his surroundings, so it would be better for him to be your one-and-only...

"At this point, Mosi needs to be the only pet, in a home with no children under 12. Mosi thrives on routine in every aspect of his life, and new people and new experiences can just be a lot for him to go through, so he needs a confident handler that is willing to take the time to learn about his special needs and his training routine to help him succeed."

If you're willing to invest some patience into him and help him with confidence, Mosi will pay you back with endless love.

"Once you earn Mosi’s trust, he doesn’t hesitate to show you that he is the best boy ever, as he will shower you with love and lean in for it, ask for pets, bring his toys to play, and generally make you feel like the most important person in the world. To learn more about the process of adopting Mosi, please contact the SPCA of Hancock County."
