Missing Bangor’s Rebecca’s This Holiday Season? Check This Out…
After 40 years of creating beautifully lit backdrops that brightened Downtown Bangor's holiday season, Rick and Rebecca Vigue, owners of the gift shop "Rebecca's" decided it was time to retire. So they put their store up for sale at the end of this past January and sold off or donated the rest of their inventory.

The plan was for the Vigues to retire and enjoy some time with friends and family. But as often happens, the couple realized they missed the gig.
According to WABI TV 5, the couple decided to start from scratch and offer a place where folks could go to find their beautiful gifts, but on a smaller scale.
Instead of reopening their large downtown storefront, the Vigues have opted to downsize a bit, and let someone else be in charge of the venue.
"Instead of reopening their store, owners Rick and Rebecca Vigue moved three doors up Main Street to set up shop inside the Antique Marketplace.
You can find Rebecca’s at the Marketplace in booth #251, just inside to the right. They have similar inventory to what they sold for 40 years at Rebecca’s."
We're told they'll be building back up their inventory soon.
