2017 Cool Sounds Concert Series Lineup Announced

The annual tradition of free live music in downtown Bangor starts next month. Here's who's playing.

Nine weeks of free outdoor concerts in Downtown! Bangor's 12th Annual Cool Sounds Concert Series gets underway in Pickering Square every Thursday night June through August.

Here's who's playing:

June 29 - Souled Out
July 6 - Danny & The Bluetones
July 13 - The Tough End String Band
July 20 - The Juke Rockets
July 27 - Fan Jones
August 3 - Maine Street R&B Revue
August 10 - Broadway Rocks Bangor
August 17 - Stesha Cano & The Wicked Friggin' Jerks
August 24 - Flash in the Pans Steel Drum Band

Shows start at 6 p.m. each week.

In addition to the music, the Fresh Air Market runs from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. along Broad Street.
