While road conditions across the state were a bit slick Monday morning, thanks to the weekend snowstorm, Moss says authorities have not yet released the official cause for the accident. State Police are still investigating what led to Arnold losing control of her SUV.

Both Belmont and Belfast Fire Departments assisted the Maine State Police at the scene.

Our thoughts go out to Arnold's friends and family and the community of Belmont at this difficult time.
