Who could believe this Border Collie / Pittie mix would get such a name?

This 10-month old pup always looks dashing thanks to his natural black-and-white tuxedo coat, but he’s not one for formalities. He wants to jump right into a home head-first and play, love, bark, and be fed treats.

While he’s happy to be with other dogs and cats, he may still have a few things to learn about manners and social etiquette. But Havoc gives all he’s got with nothing held back.

Know anyone looking for a lot of love and a little chaos to add to their lives? Havoc would love to meet them!

Call the shelter at (207) 667-8088 to schedule a meeting, or just drop by!
