Looking For A Cute Canine Pal? Come Meet Our ‘Pet Of The Week’ Cindy-Lou
Despite having been featured as a Pet Of The Week before, one of our favorite furry pals is still waiting over at the SPCA of Hancock County for her forever home.
Our pal Cole Mastroserio, Shelter Manager over at the SPCA says miss Cindy-Lou is a sweetheart.
"Sweet Cindy-Lou has become a familiar face at the SPCA, and indeed, we’ve featured her before, but this gorgeous black-and-white pittie mix deserves another moment in the spotlight to get a chance at her forever home. Cindy-Lou is 4 years old and would love to be someone’s sweetheart - she gives amazing hugs, kisses, and loves long walks in the woods. "
"Cindy-Lou is petite for a pittie mix, averaging around 40 lbs (give or take a few COVID quarantine pounds), and she has sparkling brown eyes."
Cole Mastroserio says that Cindy-Lou has come a long way since she first ended up in the shelter, and has learned quite a few lessons in manners and patience.
"Years ago, she earned a reputation as a reactive dog, but she has since made amazing strides in her training. She still has a lot to say to new people at her kennel, but take her outside, and she is all kisses and belly rubs. She should be an only pet but she has been learning how to ignore other animals and walk by them."
"Won’t you come by and take her home before the holidays?"
