Throw Back Thursday: Favorite Theme Songs & Jingles

Cori: It's one of those things that when you hear them, you're instantly taken back. They're the songs that were drilled into our ears, time and time again while we watched the old boob-tube. We're talking jingles and theme songs. For me, it's the Northern Mattress and Furniture Company theme song--the guy with his dogs. My sister and I will actually sing that into each other's voicemails. Just the song, nothing else.

JStew: I've never been quite sure if it's brilliant advertising, or my amazing memory that makes it so I can remember all these themes/commercials. I mean, I'm not sure I could tell you a single recent one off the top of my head right now. But I can rattle off the entire Bangor State Fair jingle at the drop of a hat. Don't tempt me..........
